  Desiree has very poor customer service skills and was utterly rude over the phone. Even after that we were a little peeved but placed our order anyway. It then proceeded to take half an hour to get our food. We are a five minute drive away, would have picked it up ourselves but with three kids this was the easiest option, next time just order something else.

  Forgot to deliver my order. Called after half an hour. Was told they got a lot of delivery orders recently and mine was next to be delivered. If this were the truth they would have told me when my order was placed. If a lot of deliveries were placed 30 minutes after my order was, it generally wouldn't effect an order placed 30 minutes prior right? Funny how about 5 minutes after I called, my order was delivered. Almost as if my sub was ordered then? Coming from a buisness that prides itself on fast deliveries, should never have to wait as long for a cold sandwich with 4 ingredients as I do for a frigging pizza.
